Can I receive a personalized itinerary through an online consultation?
Absolutely. We offer private online consultations where our travel specialists take the time to understand your preferences, travel goals, and pace—so we can design a fully bespoke experience tailored to you.
I don’t speak Japanese—will I be able to enjoy the experience?
Yes. All of our offerings are hosted or accompanied by bilingual experts or interpreters. Whether you're meeting an artisan or exploring a hidden region, you’ll be fully supported in English throughout.
Are your tours and experiences suitable for all ages?
Most of our tours and experiences are designed to be inclusive across age groups. If an activity requires specific physical conditions or has age recommendations, these will be clearly stated in the program details.
How far in advance should I get in touch?
As early as you comfortably can. Each day is arranged individually around the masters' own schedules, so the more notice we have, the more we can shape around you. Short-notice enquiries are welcome too — we will simply tell you honestly what is still possible.
Do you offer options for families or small private groups?
Certainly. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or seeking a meaningful trip with loved ones, we can tailor both tours and experiences to fit your group’s interests, size, and pace—always in private, not shared, settings.
